Corker Outdoor Living – Service Update

Are you open to Trade and Retail customers? 

Yes – as an essential retailer, our store and show gardens are open and continue to adhere to all safety precautions to ensure everyone shopping and working for us is as safe as possible. 

What are your opening times?

Our opening times have not changed, and remain: 

Monday – Friday 7am to 5pm 

Saturday’s – 7:30am to 3pm

What safety measures do you have in place at your stores?

Out store and show garden has been set up following Government guidelines to ensure they can be run safely for everyone.

2m Guidance: Strict safety precautions include guidelines on the floor throughout stores, and in queues and checkout points to help maintain strict social distancing

Payments: To help minimise the spread of the virus, our preference is that our customers pay by card, though we are accepting all forms of payment. We have perspex screens at tills points to protect both you and our staff

Care Stations: We have set up Care Stations to provide our customers with access to regularly replenished glove supplies and cleaning equipment, and ensure that all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned.

the Coming into store: We have disinfectant available for customers to use at the store entrance, we ask that everyone wears a mask whilst shopping with us. 

We advise all customers visiting our store to check in with the NHS Track and Trace app, if not we will record your personal details. 

If you visit in-store, it will be strongly advised to take your temperature and record this in our log, if your temperature is over 38 degree celsius you will be advised to leave the store and obtain medical advice.

Quiet Times: To avoid busier times, we recommend retail customers visit us between 10am and 1pm. 

Contactless Delivery:

You can still place orders over the telephone or online via our website.
All deliveries will be contactless and our delivery drivers will follow all COVID-19 social distancing guidelines.

Can I Click & Collect?

the Click & Collect is available via our website or on the phone, offering a collection service from store within now available within 1 hour.

Once you have placed your Click & Collect order you should expect:

  1. To receive an email, which confirms your order. 
  2. Before you arrive at Corker have your order confirmation ready either on your phone or printed. 
  3. When you arrive at Corker, please stay in your car and call the office or a member of staff will greet you. 
  4. Your order will be taken to your car. 

Click & Collect orders are usually available within 1-2 hours (if in stock and subject to store opening times) but there may be times where collection may take longer due to customer demand. We will aim to have your order ready as soon as we can.

Are home deliveries still running as usual?

Yes. Our delivery is running as normal. All items will be delivered in line with social distancing guidelines, following a contact-free process.

Can I get a refund in store?

Yes. You can return your items to store for a refund as per our usual policy

What precautions do you have in place to protect your warehousing and delivery teams?

We have put many measures in place to ensure the safety of our teams, both making deliveries and in our warehouses.
