Pallet Delivery

Deliveries outside our local delivery zone will be assigned to a third party pallet courier with a tail lift and trolley jack. The driver of this courier service will be using a manual trolley jack which he will pull to the required area as long as the surface is level and smooth, however the driver cannot pull this trolley jack on gravel drives, steeply sloped drives, grass and uneven surfaces, and it cannot be lifted over walls, fences, or into gardens.

The driver will do his best to get the bag onto your driveway, however if this is not possible then the bags will be left at kerbside or on the pavement outside your property. We can only guarantee delivery to kerbside or roadside, please ensure you are happy with this manner of delivery before placing your order as charges apply for re-delivery or failed delivery due to lack of information from the customer. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for more information or call to discuss if you are unsure.

We offer a standard economy pallet delivery which can take 2-4 days to be delivered. We also offer a next day pallet delivery which takes 1 day to arrive, and the cut-off point to place an order for next day delivery is 12.00pm.

Orders placed before 12.00 pm will be dispatched on the day of purchase. When your order has been placed via our courier service, you will receive an email from us confirming your order has been dispatched, and once with the courier you will receive an email updating you every step of the way until your order is delivered. You can also arrange with the courier to call you on the morning of the delivery with an estimated delivery slot.
